Review and changes
Verified versions should not mutate behavior in place. Submit new versions for schema, runtime, permission, pricing, or behavior changes.
Paid readiness
Paid metadata can be prepared during preview, but production paid activation requires provider, finance, refund, and payout gates.
Support obligations
Publishers should maintain support paths and communicate incidents, deprecations, and breaking changes.
